English Park is an excellent space for the most unusual team building or creative program for your company.

Take a look at our premises, the capacity of individual halls with different seating arrangements can be found in the final table below.

ORANGERY

The orangery is a separate building next to the right wing of the manor house, it is built in the style of a greenhouse and is connected to the manor house by a glass corridor. It is the largest social space of the complex with a capacity of 120-180 people. The arrangement of seating and tables is variable, it can be adapted as needed from cinema seating to banquet tables. It is used for cultural events, as well as for larger family celebrations, weddings and corporate events, or conferences or concerts. The windows can be partially darkened, the ceiling is acoustically treated, the middle part has a parquet floor suitable for dancing.

PIANO NOBILE

The pride of the hotel is five representative, interconnected historical halls, located on the first floor in the middle wing of the mansion. The “noble floor” consists of the Coat of Arms Hall, the Hall of Mirrors, the Chinese Salon, the GOYA Salon and the Hunting Lounge. By interconnecting individual halls, space is created for a spectacular corporate or family event for a larger number of people. The foyer in front of the entrance to the salons can be used for registration, a welcome drink or information for participants. From the foyer you can go to the balcony with a view of the courtyard.

HALL OF MIRRORS

The hall of mirrors has a direct entrance from the foyer on the first floor. Its dominant feature is three oversized, gold-decorated mirrors that create a specific atmosphere. Mirrors visually enlarge the space, but it can still accommodate up to 80 visitors. We are welcomed here by two artistically rendered women. The first is a bronze sculpture of the opera singer Lucie Popp by contemporary sculptor Juraj Čutek. The second woman, an unknown noblewoman, is in the picture painted by Dominik Skutecký, a native of Slovakia. The room is suitable for ceremonies, conferences, concerts, banquets, etc.

HALL OF ARMS

Is the largest social room of the mansion, which is decorated with wooden portals on the door. The coffered ceiling and gilded walls, which did not need to be restored, have been preserved from the original historical artifacts. For an authentic atmosphere, some parts of the tiles and doors were left untouched by the restorers. It is mainly used for special festive occasions such as wedding ceremonies, openings, the ceremonial opening of the manor house after reconstruction was also held here. The room is also suitable for conferences or concerts.

GOYA SALON

The GOYA family salon together with the Hall of Mirrors and the Hall of Coats of Arms make up the trio of crown rooms on the first floor. It has the character of a family living room, it is furnished with antique furniture and family photos of the Zichys and Bohdals. Six coats of arms are placed around the windows. Two of them in the middle belong to strong men who make up the history and present of the manor – František Zichy Sr. and Pavel Bohdal. The other four coats of arms on the sides are the coats of arms of the female line associated with the Zichy family. The room is suitable for banquets and is also used for wedding or art photography.

HUNTING LOUNGE

The hunting lounge is a reminder of the times when hunting was the main social entertainment of the nobles. It offers the most beautiful view of the park, the natural continuation of which was the so-called pheasant house, where hunts for hares, pheasants, and foxes took place. The park was a matter of the heart of František Zichy Sr. At the end of the 18th century, he invited a young German garden agronomist, who arranged the park in a sentimental-romantic way. This room is suitable for escaping from big company and chatter, for meetings and conversations of a more intimate nature.

CHINESE LOUNGE

The name of the lounge comes from the collections of Count František Zichy, who placed rare Chinese objects in it. From the original inventory of the mansion, only a period chandelier and paintings of Chinese scenes above the door have been preserved. The Chinese salon is the smallest room of Piano Nobile. It is directly accessible from the Hall of Mirrors and is adjacent to the accommodation part of the hotel, with the Royal Suite. Currently, it serves as an exhibition hall of a collection of Chinese porcelain and furniture. It is possible to rent it with an adjacent suite, creating an exclusive suite for receiving rare business partners.

ATTIC – YOGA EXERCISE

The attic contains a meditation room and a yoga exercise room. It is intended for workshops and seminars with a similar theme, where both the theoretical and practical parts can take place. When the mats are laid out, around 45 people can comfortably fit on the mats. The room is equipped with mats, foam mats, pillows and sound system. Due to the statics of the mansion, it was not possible to use this space with fitness equipment.
