Renovation

In record time, during eight years, the mansion underwent a radical transformation. The historic halls on the ground floor and on the first floor of the main facade have been artistically restored, the external facade is faced with brick and re-cast with all the chamfers, bossage, crown cornice – all the stucco ornaments are re-cast and shaped in their original appearance by persistent and skilled craftsmen.

The side wings inside converted into an accommodation facility, roof replaced, roof preserved and converted into cozy attic rooms. All windows and doors have been replaced and restored, plus new sewerage, sanitation, electricity. Elements of modern technology and technique incorporated into all of this. Heating, air conditioning, wi-fi, dehumidified entire building, marble corridors and bathrooms, new parquet floors in the old style, in addition to the supervision of the monument office, permits, notices, simply a miraculous transformation in live transmission.

The renovation was financed with own funds. A subsidy from the EHP Grant was obtained for the reconstruction of the chapel with two adjacent rooms, for the extension of the Orangery, the reconstruction of the grotto and for the paths in the park, of course, with the participation of the owners.
